      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account is not working after I added my payment voucher this morning. I tried restarting my phone, taking the sim out, calling #611, nothing is reactivating my service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Log into self serve. Click Plans &amp;amp; Addons. Click Lost/Stolen phone. Click Suspend service. Log out of self serve. Reboot phone. Wait 10 minutes. Log back in. Go back to the same place and say found phone. Reboot phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try adding another payment, even $1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/58736"&gt;@Andreamunroe121&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - you can try the lost/found phone trick.&amp;nbsp; In your self serve, report your phone as lost.&amp;nbsp; Log out, wait a couple of minutes.&amp;nbsp; Log back in and report it found.&amp;nbsp; Then, restart your phone.&amp;nbsp; This might get your account reset (as long as self serve shows your plan as active).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
