      <description>&lt;P&gt;I helped setup a SIM for my sister. She had the same or similar issue. The number was ported but no plan was selected.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She logged into her account and selected "change plan now", a chose a plan,&amp;nbsp; and it worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
