      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have paid for new 30 days 3 days ago, but it seems didn't be charged. I found that in my paying list show "system issue", Should I pay again? and my bank account doesn't have paid record. Does that mean the paying failed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
