      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on Autopay and my account says it is suspended. The card is active and has more than enough available funds. I logged in and did a manual payment of the amount owing but I still cannot make calls and the message still shows as inactive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the good ole turning your phone off and then on again...I’m sure you have but I had to do that after I had the same issue yesterday!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There have been quit a few account issues in the last few days so it may be a while.</description>
