There are no set number of posts. Spend sometime reading over past issues and solutions. Just contribute to posts and provide solutions will increase your chances of getting a community reward.

Hover your mouse on some of the senior users' name in this forum. You can see the statistics of them and the badges they earned previously. Then you'll have a rough idea.
