      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using the forgot password link.&amp;nbsp; You also try waiting a few hours then try logging in again.&amp;nbsp; Also use a different browser and incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Clear your cache and cookies then reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still have problems then submit a ticket to the moderators by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Apparently others have mentioned that Simon generated reset password links work when the website one doesn't. Give it a try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
