      <description>&lt;P&gt;Incomming phone call(or calls?) not received and wasn't transferred to voice mail this morning (phone on, no calls in account history). I spoke later to one of my interlocutors. They got a message saying ' no subscriber at this nunber' aroud 11:20.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reception where I live is weak (at best RSRP:-100dBm, 21asu RSRQ: -11dB, SNR: 8.0 dB Telus (302220 )CGI:01DDB101. I get this problem intermittently as far as I am aware (support request #3778-2017).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12027"&gt;@matroisieme&lt;/a&gt;, you might have troubleshooted your own problem.&amp;nbsp; Weak signal causing intermittent connectivity can result in the weird behavior.&amp;nbsp; You can try turning the phone off and calling yourself on a different phone and confirm calls going to voice mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestions,&amp;nbsp; I already tried both. I do wonder if Telus is planning any improvements to signal strength in my area (Hull, Qc). Bell and Videotron (so probably Fizz too) signals are much stronger in my neighborhood.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
