Here is not customer service, we are all customer like you. You can log into the self serve account, then find "manage the card" to edit your card information, Or you can send message to MOD for help, but it takes up to two business day to resolve your issue.

You can change your payment information by going to your account:

Click on 'Make a payment'
then 'Manage Visa or debit card'
then 'Replace this credit card'

If you encounter problems when following the suggestions already mentioned, try deleting the card and re-entering it instead of editing the info already there.

I think the idea is kinda moot because there isn't an edit function. There's replace and remove...both of which go to a blank form. But maybe the remove could be better than replace.

Right, I meant replace, not edit...forgot the terminology used in the self-serve. Thanks. Remove and re-add the card instead of replace, if the system gives you a problem.

The Visa/Debit card expiry field only goes to 2024 - my card is 2025!~
I just had to pay $106.22 to get PIN's for an $81 bill! NOT happy!!!!

Apologies, I don't use vouchers and the PIN is for the voucher.
