I would suggest messaging a Moderator and they will help you:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind they're quite busy, so it may take up to 48 to hear a response back from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although, I should remind you that if you have a 30 day plan, then your pay date will not be on the exact same day each month. Since some months have 29 or 31 days, your renew date may differ slightly from month to month. Is it possible that you've been with PM long enough for it to creep from the 27th to the 11th?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have AutoPay set for my account. Payemnt would be coming out of my credit card on 27th of each month. Today I received text msg from Public mobile that my payment due date is april 11th. Why would my payment day be so early?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also got the April 11th notification a few days ago but my renewal date is May 1st. Auto-pay says May 7th so that's screwed up too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I PMd the mods about that, but I'm working on the road with my cell being my primary communication device. So if it does deactivate sometime today even though they billed me less than two weeks ago for the 30 days, I'm going to be VERY unhappy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had the same issue that the above user was having with the payment date and autopay date conflicting. I also cancelled autopay and readded it, and the dates got fixed and realigned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Two weeks early. Is this a glitch that I can just ignore?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
