Moving number over from Speakout

Hi there

I am having trouble moving my current number over from speakout. I tried to enter my current speakout number but a message pops up saying that

"We are unable to transfer your number."

I can't find the solution to this probelm on the community.

Any help is appreciated

You will have to send a private message to the moderator to transfer your old number
