The best way to reach them is to write a private message not here...but..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and after you will need to be patient..there is a queue but they will help you.

Can you explain what happened and we can try to help you?

You should send private message to the moderator team instead of individual moderator because they may not be on duty.

As you have already messaged the mods that is how customer service is here. If nothing has been resolved a third message sounds like it is required.
