When did you refer your friend? Was it during a promotion? If not the person you referred received a 10$ and you receive each month a 1$ credit in your account.

@rai131 Are you sure they signed up AND used your phone number during the sign up? Check your self serve you should see a $1 for each person you referred. Can you post a screen shot of your self serve (minus personal details) ?

@rai131 You get $1 right away ready for your next renewal. Post a screen shot so we can see it should show $1 (not in available funds) but in your rewards section

You will get the reward, but it will be applied to your next billing cycle.

You are only eligible to receive the $1 per 30 days. If you were told otherwise by someone at a retail location they gave you bad information.

As the pre-existing customer, you aren't supposed to get any one-time credit. Only the new customer gets that $10 credit. The exception to this rule occurs when Public Mobile has a promotion for referrals combined with online activations, a promotion in which grants both the new and old customer a one-time credit. Sorry, but you're not going to get the same credit that your friends did.
