Do you still have any minutes left?

If you login to your account it should be listed in lower left area where add-ons are. If it is missing that means it was used up. It happened to my mom when she didn't hang up properly once.

You can get 5 addon, which is really great option, it's 1c/min and it doesn't expire

@TetrovskiAre you on the time limited plans like $10 or $15 if so you might be out of minutes.

Since you've noted you're on the $15 plan, then you are possibly out of outgoing minutes which are limited to 100. Just log into your account and purchase the $5/500 Canada wide minutes to supplement your plan. This will stay on your account until used up and is ideal for limited minute plans. Remember to first add the funds into your account and then complete the purchase for the add on minutes.
