    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Pro tips for PM subscribers:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moderator help wait time is up to 48 hours.&amp;nbsp; To reduce down time, you should save your security question and PIN number some where that you can access quickly.&amp;nbsp; If you have multiple PM accounts, you should save the email address used in each PM too.&amp;nbsp; If you cannot access your self-serve account, nothing you can do but wait for moderator help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
