      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10388"&gt;@beehjae﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If your problem is limited to sending MMSes, and you can successfully use data on your phone, then this indicates a setting and/or phone-related (software) issue. I don't know how much anyone here may be able to help you, without physically looking at the phone. If you're very sure that your MMS settings are set up right, then I would attempt to wipe the data on the phone (reset it to factory state), and then go from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all else fails, you may even have to take the phone to a local repair shop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just out of curiosity&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10388"&gt;@beehjae﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I compared Telus apn and Public Mobile to see if there was a difference and there is a minor difference. Might want to try it for a lark and see what happens. Worst that happens is it doesn't and you can always revert back. This doesn't use up your data and you don't even need to have data included in your plan: the MMS just need the network connection to be on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same goes for the receiver! If their data is off, then they might not be able to receive your MMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give it a try and let me know &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kalla&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So both of our data are on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've discovered the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I've widely guessed last night, this is a configuration issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/107"&gt;@DK﻿&lt;/a&gt;'s apn settings made me compare the ones we have and my friend has (also a PM subscribe).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is this value:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://alias&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;re&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;direct.net/proxy/mb/mmsc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess it was very easy to be misread, as we typed unintentionally like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;aliasdirect.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;net/proxy/mb/mmsc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updating the url to the former resolved the issue we are encountering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good evening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Beehjae&lt;/P&gt;</description>
