@LMHI am going to go ahead and say no. Public mobile is pre-paid, so they would only give a refund under a very special circumstance and by request which would also be done through private messages here where someone would be able to request it.

Public Mobile doesn't even give refunds, except for some rare, exceptional circumstances after being requested by the customer.

Total scam. Why would they send a mesage. If they do something and were forced to refund, they would just do it, not ask you open link.

Anything from Public Mobile should come from 611 or 100 in my experience.
