Log into My Account...is it Active or something else ? If it's Active, you can use the self serve function to get the $5 / 500 minutes of Canada wide calling.

What do you mean by sent permission?

Did you try to reset your password?

If yes what was the message, error or that it was sent?

If you can't log in nor reset your password you will need to contact moderators, after that you can login and buy add-on

Too buy add-on you first need to load money into your account and then purchase the add-on

PM Community members can't process payments or activate Add-Ons on your account. But the PM Mods can.

You may get faster results by confronting the PM chatbot (Simon) and demanding a support ticket.
