You can log in your community, then click my setting, there is an option to change your e-mail address.

In the last section "Change your Self-Serve email address", you have to contact moderator to do this.

Log in community, clicks your account icon, clicks My setting, under My setting, you will find your current email address with PM self service account. If you wish you can change new email address.
