      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think it's clear at all that the order # is also the canada post tracking #.&amp;nbsp; in fact it doesn't have the standard format of canada post tracking numbers.&amp;nbsp; This should be made clearer in the email imo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/129038"&gt;@Pawprints1986&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The order number is not a tracking number.&amp;nbsp; It's just that Public Mobile often uses the order number as a Canada Post reference number that can be cross-referenced to find the shipment's tracking number.&amp;nbsp; This only works it Public Mobile ships by Canada Post and with a tracking number, which they don't always do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
