    <description>&lt;P&gt;can't complete your call if you don't have a long distance addon .....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just topped up account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;plan payment went through&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;says active&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;can't make calls or text . data works though.tryed lost/stolen phone trick and took out sim and restarted. nothing working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
