      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I activated yesterday from Freedom and I still don't have a working phone plan. Service is super intermittent and I keep losing it and only a few calls have gone through. I was unable to get a ticket going. Could someone help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/100398"&gt;@spondamali&lt;/a&gt;, you mention intermittent service.&amp;nbsp; Is the phone connecting and disconnecting from the network?&amp;nbsp; Perhaps try reseating the SIM card and rebooting the phone.&amp;nbsp; I assume the account has been checked for abnormalities and the number porting has been successful (line at Freedom has been closed).&amp;nbsp; Anyway, the moderator team can be reached via private message using using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the &lt;STRONG&gt;?&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/" target="_self"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;.
