Hi,

I have recently purchased a $40 payment voucher and it should include 5GB of Data, however it is not included. Could someone asssit? Thanks.

Vouchers are dollar values...not minutes or add-ons or plans.

What exactly are you trying to do?

I believe there’s a plan to it, as per screen shot but it was not shown on add on. I have utilize the same plan last 30days.

But what are you trying to do? Renew? Change immediately? Wondering why you don't have data?

Maybe a screen snip of your overview page would help. Good job on blanking out info.

Hi,

I have used up the data from the last 30 days cycle as of today, last renew was on 7th of September which, I should have a "new" 5GB after I finish the last 30 days cycle.

It is shown on the payment history as well, the 5GB is paid for but not showing up onMy Data & Add-Ons. Also, Usage History did not add up to finishing the "new" 5GB as well.
