      <title>Cannot review plan details</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been with Public Mobile for a couple of years now, and about 3 months ago I noticed I couldn't access my Plan Details.&amp;nbsp; It wasn't important enough then to follow up, but now I really do what to review my plan, but can't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Logging in and out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Clearing caches&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Different browsers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Different computers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Different phones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I simply cannot preview my plan details regardless, I get the message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Oh no!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved from BC to PEI, and but I originally created the account in BC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was setting my region to PEI&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SOLUTION:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You must set your region to the area where you created the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you login to self serve and click Change Number you may choose a number from anywhere in Canada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Luddite, your comment has nothing to do with the issue at hand. I didn't change my number, I still have a BC number even though I moved to PEI. In order to see your plan details, I must set it to the region that created the account or it produces an error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
