      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I’m a new customer and have activated my sim card. I set up my voicemail with public. I can call out and text but I can’t receive them. My daughter told me that it goes right to my old voicemail with virgin. My data also works. I’ve tried removing my SIM card for a minute but that doesn’t help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like symptoms related to a partial number port. When did you request to port the Virgin number to PM? It's likely still in progress and not completed yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the exact problem and it can be very frustrating. BUT...... in my case the problem was with the switching phone numbers from my previous carrier (porting), Speakout Wireless. It took 24 hours but all is well now. I read countless possible solutions and in the end I messaged the moderators. Camelia got back to me and advised that it might take a while which in itself was reassuring.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
