    <description>&lt;P&gt;Clear your history/cookie cache..close browser open a fresh one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that fails open a browser in Incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you tried to many times system with a failed password system may have locked you out for an hour.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i changed my password and am using the right email/user but it only lets me log into Community, when i try to log into self serve it tells me my login attempt failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/98495"&gt;@Stephaniefortin&lt;/a&gt;Selfserve and Community are seperate systems which have 2 different log ins, so if you change the password in Community, it won't change the password in selfserve, vice versa.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can't&amp;nbsp; get this done thru self ser\ve, you should consider creating a support ticket.
