I doubt you can port a US number to any Canadian carrier.

@JackQuint correct, there is no international porting.

I'm aware that you know now that this cannot be done. The reasoning behind this has to do with number portability rules. A carrier can only port a phone number in form somwhere where they have local servie/offer phone numbers. Being a Canadian carrier with only a license to operate in Canada, Public Mobile cannot do business in the U.S.
