Plans don't get changed automatically.

What is this $10 offer you mention?

Edit: oh...are you currently on the previous promo of the $10 credit per term? I guess so. No. You need to stay on the >=$30 plan to keep getting the $10.

I am currently on a $30 plan with unlimited Canada talk, unlimited texts and 500 MB and bonus 500 MB data (autopay). This plan has been reduced to $25. Does the plan automatically change to $25 on the 30th day when it is due or do I have to request this? I am asking because I have an offer that I save $10 for the next 6 months for plans over $30. If this plan was reduced automatically to $25, I will need to change the plan to qualify for the $10 discount offer or will Public Mobile honour this savings with the $25 plan? If I do need to change the plan as it automatically reduces the plan to $25, can I get a 90 day plan at $90 to get the $10 discount for the next three months or do I have to figure out a plan that it gets it over $30 per month?

Hi, I think you should wait until your $10 off/month is finished then change to the cheaper $25 plan. I think the $10 of offer applied to plans $30 or more. Bye

@PillowTalk if you switch your plan to the $25 plan you will no longer receive the $10 credits as you no longer meet the $30 plan criteria. how many more monts of credits do you have left?

if you are worried about missing out the $25 plan you can futuredate teh change, check taht it is still available a day or two before renewal and if it is then cancel the plan change. and repeat until your $10 bonus have been fully rewarded.
