Alcatel Onetouch A392A. Can't Send or Receive MMS Picture Messages.

I have a flip phone. The Alcatel Onetouch A392A. I also have Canada-wide unlimited text and picture messaging. I have found the PM network's MMS APN settings online but I cannot figure out how to change the APN Settings on this flip phone?

Hi,

This Alcatel a392a phone has sometimes trouble with the data connection.

If you encounter the "host now found" message when accessing the browser, try this in order try surfing after each step :

1. Simply turn off, then turn on the device and retry;

2. Check that the connectivity settings are correct (see below);

3. Restore your browser settings in "Settings/Connectivity/Browser/Restore browser settings".

4. Check your settings in "Settings/Connectivity/Browser/Browser options" and clear cache and cookies.
