Some of us have been trying to figure this out, but I haven't come across any concrete answers yet. When I click on that link, it doesn't work. I do not know if it is becuase any given link is only one time use, if it's based on IP, or if it gets linked to someone's Community login. It's too bad that no one appears to have come across one generic link that always works.

After @NDesai posted the link.(I'd say 5 minutes)...I was able to click on it and it gave options to sign in to proceed with ticket.. Now when I click it. I get 404 error code. So maybe there's a time limit @computergeek541 ??

A day or two ago Luddite had a link but it also timed out.

What do I know and this is probably captain obvious but I suspect the character sequence is probably the hash code for the ticket #. Maybe an embedded expiry too. Kinda like the password maybe.

I provided a link specifically for password reset. May be a link for "Other" or different category don't timeout?

I'm sure others have already looked but I'll say it...it looks like much of the form is there in the View Source but it just craps out to Whoops.
