Yup dial 611 , by calling that you also will be informed when your next payment is due and you can do other things also like adding funds to your balance via voucher or CC, Add/remove auto-pay, etc.

Try it out listen to the options...

That does not provide me with my remaining balance. I have a 100 minute plan and want to know how much minutes have been used.

Oh i misunderstood, the balance referred to money and they call that "minutes used'

Sorry no.

They will send you a worming sms when you reach 10 minutes

If you reach that too early you can get $5 addon. It will roll over to the next month until completely used up and will only be used after your 100 mints is used up. Pretty good deal

Did you register with autopay?

You get b250 megs of data and can use textnow for free they give Canadian number and can call both usa and Canada. I restrict background data and it only uses about 30 megs per 30 days.

Your bill is also lower by $2
