I have a Samsung S8 and my phone appears to send random text messages to 7723. I see other have the same issue but do see any resolve. I see references to visual voicemail but I don't have a option to enable or disable it. (at least that I can find)

Any suggestions?

Maybe take a look at thread below?..there's suggestions in it to disable permissions.

@LarryI Check the settings of your dialer app. There should be an option to disable vvm.
