They both have the $25/1 GB plan and their accounts are active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, for some reason they can only make and receive calls but can’t connect to data. Their data doesn’t seem to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what’s going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That plan shows up on their self serve account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What type of phone is it? Is it new or was it used on another service before? If it's a phone they brought over, they may have to reset the network settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To check apn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;L&lt;SPAN&gt;G2 says&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap System&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to 'Connectivity,' and then tap Tethering &amp;amp; Networks.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to 'Network ,' and then tap Mobile Networks.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap Access point names.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the Huawei..I don't know if all are same but here's mine on a P20&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wireless &amp;amp; networks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile networks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Access point names (APNs)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A quick update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mom went back to Walmart and they were able to fix her phone’s network settings, so she can access data now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, it turns out my uncle actually has an iPhone and not a Huawei. Unfortunately, the Walmart rep wasn’t able to get his phone’s network’s setting to work so he still can’t connect to data. She suggested that he try going to the iPhone store to see if they can fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had issues with using iPhone on public mobile’s network? Or are the network settings feature different?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned, he can make and receive calls but can’t access data. The phone is unlocked but he was with Rogers before switching over to Public.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
