    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a credit card that offers cash back for recurring bill payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile is one of the bills I pay recurring every month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed that I do not receive the full cash back amount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted the card company and says that Public Mobile has not set their MCC to bill payment so I will not be receiving&amp;nbsp;the full cash back amount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MCC means&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Merchant Category Codes&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Question:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I would add further to wetcoaster...recurring payments are usually the same amount and usually the same day. Public Mobile is not the same day so it can't really be a recurring payment..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Some months have 30 days. Some 31. One 28/9. Your renewal date is generally always changing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
