Problem changing plan

Hi. I attempted to change my plan to the $25/mo today from the $40/mo plan. However, only $10 was charged to my account (there is still $16 in my account)

My account is actually showing my current plan is the $25/mo plan, but that my next payment due next month is $10.

Is there a way I can correct this glitch ?

Submit a ticket to the moderators by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right using Simon.
