Do you still see the amount you paid in, in your Available Funds?

Do you see the add-on down below in the add-ons area?

Did you turn on any and all roaming options in your phone?

Did you manually scan for and find and connect to either AT&T or T-Mobile?

Did you restart your phone?

@Pdhames Did you make sure you purchased the Roaming addon and not the US long distance calling addon? And were the funds in your account BEFORE you purchased it? It won't take the money from autopay.

@Pdhames If you buy US roaming, you should be able to use it in the States. If you buy calling to the States, you won't be able to use it there.

If you get the US roaming correctly, you must have your phone allowed roaming set. If you have data plan, you have to have proper APN added in your phone.

Or if you have free wifi, you can download a free calling app such as TextNow for make call to North America for FREE.

The problem was within the system. The moderator ended up having to remove the addon and then add it again. Although I purchased it, it was not showing up as an addon. The option to re-purchase the us addon had also disappeared.
