      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into your self serve account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click payment tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click manage autopay&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then click remove autopay&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99792"&gt;@kathyliu806&lt;/a&gt;, in addition to removing auto payment, you should declare that the phone has been lost in the account so that the service is disabled.&amp;nbsp; In fact, you could do that in lieu of removing autopay and have identical outcome.&amp;nbsp; Once you get a replacement SIM card and phone, simply go into the account, change SIM card and declare phone found to restart the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
