please help i bought a 3 10 dollor phone cards and put them on my phone and i have a 12 dollor credit so that should be 42 dollors and my bill is only 33 i was using my phone yesterday and last night and now it is not working and when i go on my account it says i owe 21 dollors

If you had a legacy plan there seems to be an issue with plans not changing, you should contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here:

It doesn't help to post many same messages here in different topic..one question at a time will be ok.
