Some of apps like Google maps, Google chrome, and others simply don't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just apps of social media works well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How about a&lt;SPAN&gt;nswering a few questions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anything work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calling out and in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Text out and in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked self serve to see if you used up all your data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What steps have you tried on your own?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebooting phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting network settings?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Removing sim card and reinserting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you log into self serve account what does the status say?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it give you a payment due date of 1969??? This has been an issue since yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a balance still in your account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Certainly not my area of expertise but you need to give a little more info to help the community solve your problem like: type of phone, have you restarted it, put it in airplane mode, etc... then if your still having a problem the tech experts can help out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you use up all the Data on your Plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were you just using the 1GB Promo Data Add-on without a Data Plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps the working apps aren't consuming Data or the not-working apps need Data permissions enabled somewhere in Settings?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had that problem on my 2 SIM cards cell and had to switch Public SIM card on slot 1 to have it working properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
