      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account has been suspended even though I'm on autopay. I checked my bank account online, and it shows I was charged. On the Public Mobile website it says to disregard the message if I'm on autpopay, so when can I expect my service to resume? Or is any action needed on my part.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sara&lt;/P&gt;</description>
