      <description>&lt;P&gt;Service stopped. Paid in full march19. Phone service fine till this morn. So manual payment taken then phone cancelled. No explanation. Message said plan expires march 22? Should be April 20. Thinking bout legal action.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it looks like it has been couple of rough days here I guess too many changes simultaneously and too many people asking for help. Your best bet would be to contact &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;moderators&lt;/A&gt; directly. The sooner the better looks like long wait. Hopefully they will be able to resolve them in batches as there is so many with very similar issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
