Please remove your personal info as this is a public forum.

Referral credits can take up to 72 hours to be applied to your account.

You will need to contact the @CS_Agent for further assistance if this has not happened.

And for your question..it could take 72 hours before you could see the 25$ in your available funds in your self serve account IF you activate online. Be patient.

Take the time to look around PM website and get a feel for where to go with specific questions. Hopefully, you rarely need it but handy to have just in case.

You will get your referral credit within 72 hours after activation.

If your friend activate online, you will get $25 one time credit + $1/30 cycle as long as your friend stay with PM.

If your friend activate in-store, you will get $1/30 days cycle and no one time credit.

Ask you friend how s/he activated her/his plan.

I joined public mobile about a week ago, i referred my friend and i got $25 credit applied to my account and she got the same
