      <description>It's saying my account is expired I have 70$ on it to renew my plan that I put on the day befor my bill date was due and now it's saying my plan is expired and yet my phone still working and the 70$ is still there in my account but my phone still working its saying it didint renew please help what's going on here dos it take a couple days to change or something thank you</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The trick is Check in the morning &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its a glitch in the system where it ll say Expired on the day of renewal. But you will have uninterrupted&amp;nbsp;service. All should be normal tomorrow morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be sure to let us know if there is any issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes everything is fine it link up my phone working &amp;nbsp;Great thank you very much for your support I’ve been a public mobile user for 5 years now I’ve switch to rogers company and now I’m back to public mobile again can’t beat the great price and &amp;nbsp;don’t have as many problems with public mobile thank you again for the help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
