Is it not possible to renew a plan early if I used all my data?

Unfortunately no. You could change plans and you would loose what you paid for and start a new plan today.

You could also buy a data add on

Actually I just went through the steps. I was able to select my current plan and it gave me option to change now or change at next renewal.

So maybe you can? But you would still have to pay again for your plan. Not sure it will work. You can try at your discretion.

I believe you have two options:

Choose another plan (maybe one up to test if you need more data)

Contact a moderator to have your current plan renewed. You can try to renew it early, but unless recent updates allowed it, it will not work.

You should consider creating a support ticket. Explain your issue to SIMON, the ? comment bubble in the bottom right.

Use as few words as possible to allow the BOT to understand you better. Answer his questions until you get to here:

Click on "Submit a ticket" and the Moderator team will take over your case and respond to your concern within 48 hours. May take longer, but the promise of the new Ticketing System was that it will reduce these wait times.
