    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated&amp;nbsp; my phone and cannot make calls. It says don't have an active long distance add on. We have subscribed to unlimited call and text Canada wide.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let us know how to resolve the issue. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you port number from another provider? Might take a bit for port to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anything work text? Local calls? Data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log into your self serve account does it say account is active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try restarting your phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
