      <description>&lt;P&gt;has other services been working? Ex. Outgoing incoming calls/text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so it is possible your phone may not be compatible with the provider. I had this issue when I was in Korea. I was only able to get data but I was not able to make calls/texts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
