There is no Such thing as Exceed anything with PublicMobile. If something is not included or you have used it up then it just Stops working. There are no Surprise Charges of any sort at Public.

"Public Mobile here..." SMS notifications tell you when you've reached 75% and 95% thresholds.

At 100% you get no more Data until you buy more Data. Rudely cut off, no overusage, no overcharges.

(Data still works - along with msg attachments, etc - you just get forcibly redirected to the Public Mobile site where you can read about why you have no Data or you can login to buy more Data.)

Data usage is always measured network-side. Even when there's a discrepancy with the usage measured by OS or apps running device-side.

There are no overages. Once you reach your limit then your data will stop. You will either have to purchase an add-on for more data or wait until your renewal date.
