@ridgewaymom The $25 bonus reward should show up within 72 hours if you qualified, the $1 monthly reward should be on your account under the rewards section within 72 hours of the person you referred registering an account, but it will not be removed from the amount due for your next renewal until shortly before your renewal date.

Did the person you reffered sign up online and put your Public Mobile number down as a referral?

Yes, Public Mobile does ask customers to wait up to 72 hours for the $25 credit. However, the $1 reward for the referrer will show up almost instantaneously.

In my case I received my $25 bonus within 24 hours followed by the $10 monthly bonus after approx a week or so.

Its stated to wait 72 hours before contacting the mods, I have seen all six of my referalls show up in less than 24 hours.

I got plan $30 2 weeks ago.

I have provided referal phone # and it should be $25 as a bonus. I do not see that in my account.

I set up everything in Walmart almost 2 weeks ago. I was told it will popup later as a credit.

I have checked my account today and I can not find the credit.

Since you set up in Walmart you won't get the $25. If a valid referral number was entered then you should see the standard $10 credit.

Unfortunately if you activated your card at Walmart you are not entitled to the 25 credit.

Walmart took my credit? Multimilioner Walton family spend my money? Why the guy at the desk bother to take referal #?

Can we call him a liar ? I have asked him direct about $25 and referal #.

Do not activate at the store if you wish to receive the $25 credit. You will not get it. If activated at the store, the new customer will only receive $10 for being referred by someone else, but the referrer will not get that.

Hard to say possible the employee is new and didn't know better. In any event it was clearly stated that the $25 referral was for online activations only. Walmart employees are not allowed to be doing them they are required to use their reseller site so the can get their commission.

Did you receive a text message that the referral was successful? If so, when did you receive that text message?

We went to walmart together. The sales clerk said he put my number in . i did get my 1 dollar reward. It was on march 10th at 138 pm and i did receive this notice .
