Are you on autopay?

If not and you were doing a manual top up then it is vital that all information is exactly like what is on your visa debit card/account.

Have you used this card before?

Have you tried the 611 service with that card or with a voucher?

If you would be more comfortable in a different language, you could use Google Translate from that language to English.

as noted by @Anonymous , if your account is inactive for 90 days or more....then your account is cancelled and you;ll need a new account if you still want a Public Mobile account.
