      <description>&lt;P&gt;No auto pay set up, last month did not take from the "available funds" try making payment and is asking for new voucher? HELP last month was a mess because I figured it would "auto take" from available funds...a friend (who recommended public) and a mod manage my service back on track. I dont wish to be out of service again...and it's due at 11:59 tonight....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
