I would like to know if it’s possible and if so, how does one make a payment using available funds?

Available funds are used before any other payments are taken. As such funds are always used to make payments.

If this is true then why is it telling me that I have until 11:59pm to make my payment?

It's just some catchall boilerplate text on the page.

If you have available funds equal to or more than your plan cost then it'll take from there first.

If you have autopay set up and less than the plan cost then it'll drain you available funds and take what else it needs from the autopay.

No auto pay set up, last month did not take from the "available funds" try making payment and is asking for new voucher? HELP last month was a mess because I figured it would "auto take" from available funds...a friend (who recommended public) and a mod manage my service back on track. I dont wish to be out of service again...and it's due at 11:59 tonight....
