LG G3 model can't use mobile data

Hi Guys,

My phone is LG G3 D852 and I have data plan. I can use phone for calling but can't use it for mobile data. It works well if use wifi. Can anyone know the reasons?

@DYJ Known issue with LG phones. First try resetting your network settings for your phone model and restart your phone. If it's still not working then you need to do a factory reset in order to get it to work.

I've got a LG G3 and it does receive data and pic texts. I recall that I had to manually add the APN as per link below. It's for another LG model but the settings worked on mine.

https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/lg-k30

Also check that you have data enabled.

You can add the APN from Settings/network/mobile data/

top right 3 vertical dots/mobile networks/access point names/top right 3 vertical dots/ add APN
